In the role of Technical Administrator, you will work with customer inquiries and fault reports for the security operations connected to Linköping University Hospital and Vrinnevisjukhuset in Norrköping, which Bravida collaborates closely with today. The cases are primarily handled via email and case management systems but also by phone.

You will be part of an experienced and cohesive team with colleagues who help and support each other. You will receive a thorough introduction with guidance from mentors and technical training to get acquainted with the systems in the best way. You will also be introduced to customers, external parties, and contractors to create the best conditions for good collaboration. After that, you will gradually take on more responsibility and develop in your professional role.

The role is varied, and no day will be like the other. Together with your colleagues, you will prioritize cases based on what is most important. You and the team will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Receive fault reports and execute work orders, orders, and requisitions
• Follow up and ensure the quality of deliveries
• Receive feedback reports
• Prepare invoicing documentation
• Resolve issues with access and ID cards
• Compile data and statistics
• Implement changes in security systems according to customer requests

In addition, we believe that the following points apply to you:

• High school diploma
• Technical interest and good experience with computers and systems
• Experience in roles with administration and customer contact
• Driver's license (the position may require travel within Östergötland)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

The position is subject to special security requirements, and therefore a criminal record check will be conducted. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
