Join our team! We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven administrator for our Electrical & Ventilation department in Örebro. If you want a varied job in both administration and finance at a workplace where your role and development are important - then you have found the right place!

About the job

As an administrator at Bravida, you will support your department with administrative and finance-related tasks, including invoicing & project finance. You belong to the Electrical & Ventilation department and function in many ways as the spider in the web. You will have daily contact with your colleagues and close collaboration with project/service leaders and branch managers. Your tasks will include:

  • Handling invoicing and customer reconciliations
  • Conducting ongoing financial analyses, project forecasts, and reports
  • Assisting with orders for e.g. work clothes, office supplies, etc.
  • Registering, archiving, and purging documents
  • Supporting employees, including registering time reports
  • Being responsible for other administrative tasks, e.g. compiling sick leave statistics and managing the personnel administrative system.
  • Supporting project managers/service leaders and branch managers regarding finance & administration in the projects.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an education in finance and previous experience in administrative work. You are service-oriented and responsible for performing each task with high quality and accuracy. You are flexible, have high personal maturity, integrity, and a good ability to take initiative. Meeting others in a friendly and professional manner comes naturally to you.

Qualifications

  • Education in finance
  • Experience in administrative work
  • Good computer and system skills, especially within the Office suite with a focus on Excel
  • Meritorious experience in the industry and systems like Handyman, Agda SharePoint, and Agresso
