The assignment involves location-based adult education.

As an educator, you provide participants with individually tailored support during their education. This may include assisting with vocational language, practical tasks, supporting participants in their study techniques, and following up on participants' APL.

You will work in a team with several colleagues, primarily vocational teachers.

Teaching takes place on-site in Norrköping

Your qualifications and background

• You must have at least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy.
• You must have at least one (1) year of full-time professional experience working in educational activities for adults, aged 16 and above, within the last 6 years.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following qualifications:

• professional experience in healthcare and social work
• good language skills in another language, e.g., Arabic or Tigrinya

Documentation

The position also involves some documentation for clients, students, and the principal. Additionally, collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry organizations.

Good digital competence is required, as we use several digital tools.
