The assignment involves supporting both adults and children with disabilities through the services of companionship or respite care. The times and visits are adapted to the user's needs and your possibilities. You can have one or more assignments in smaller or larger scopes, from two hours a week and upwards.

Respite Care

As a respite caregiver, you relieve guardians and take over the supervision and care of the child. You assist with daily routines, create social interactions, and engage in activities that are part of everyday life. You contribute to increased quality of life for the whole family and provide guardians with the opportunity for important recovery. The respite care takes place in the user's home or nearby.

Companionship

As a companion, you accompany the user out into the community as support during leisure activities, cultural experiences, café visits, errands, or walks. The purpose is to enable a social and active life – based on the user's own conditions and wishes.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to working with people.

You are secure, relationship-building, and have an easy time collaborating. If you have previous experience with children or adults with disabilities, we see it as a great plus.

Currently, we are primarily looking for respite caregivers for younger children, but new assignments come in continuously.

The assignment is also suitable for you who already have another occupation – it is a flexible part-time job that makes a big difference.
