Do you want to play a key role in a growth company and help shape a future-oriented finance function? We are now looking for a Group Accounting Manager who wants to contribute both operationally and strategically, in close collaboration with the CFO and management team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and improve processes, as well as actively participate in M&A and integration work!

About the role As the Group Accounting Manager, you have overall accounting responsibility for the group and lead the daily work with colleagues for support. You are responsible for the quality, structure, and development of our financial processes and reporting flows. The role can be based in either our office in Oslo or Stockholm.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for group accounting, including consolidation and quality assurance of reporting
• Responsible for leading and developing internal resources within accounting (no personnel responsibility)
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, routines, and systems within accounting and reporting
• Follow up on the audit process and act as a contact person for the auditor
• Responsible for the implementation and integration of new companies into the group structure
• Assist the CFO in ad hoc projects

Your background To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A higher education in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Previous experience as an auditor.
• 2–3 years of experience in group accounting, preferably in the role of Group Accounting Manager or similar.
• Good system understanding and interest in digitalization and automation.

If you have previous experience with IFS as an ERP system, we would be especially pleased.
