At Talify, we are now looking for an engaged and communicative outbound claims handler for a part-time assignment with one of our clients in the financial sector. The client is a well-established company that helps both businesses and individuals find sustainable financial solutions.

About the Role

In the role of outbound claims handler, you will contact customers by phone to find solutions for overdue claims. You will be part of a positive and professional team where every call makes a difference – both for the customer and the company.

You will receive thorough training in both systems, routines, and call techniques, and quickly become comfortable in the role.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue claims
• Explain claims cases and discuss possible payment solutions
• Document calls and actions taken in internal systems
• Contribute to a positive experience through empathetic and professional interaction

👤 We are looking for someone who

• Finds it easy to talk to people and quickly builds trust
• Is attentive, clear, and enjoys goal-oriented work
• Has good communication skills and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has previous experience in customer contact, phone work, or similar (preferable but not required)
• Enjoys a role where you can combine structure, dialogue, and problem-solving

The position comprises approximately 12 hours per week, spread over several shifts.
