About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst consultant to join our team.

As a consultant in Data Analytics, you will work with various platforms and client projects, analyzing and interpreting data to deliver insights that meet specific needs and create business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability throughout the analysis process. You will also lead the effort to gather requirements from stakeholders, understand business processes, and translate them into concrete project documentation. With your experience, you will become a key resource in projects within Business Intelligence and advanced analytics, focusing on data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Model and structure large datasets to enable insight-driven analysis.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, understand business processes, and translate them into concrete project documentation.
• Participate in projects within Business Intelligence and advanced analytics, including data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Strong technical competence to translate complex data needs into practical and usable solutions/systems.

Required skills

• University degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, data engineering, statistics, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics or Data management, for example as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, in professional contexts.

Desired competencies

• Experience in modeling and structuring large datasets.
• Strong analytical ability to derive insights that support decision-making.
• Documented expertise in Power BI or equivalent reporting tools
• Experience in data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Strong ability to independently build, optimize, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards.
• Experience with SQL, DAX, and M.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Fabric platform.
• Basic understanding of Databricks or Azure Data Factory.
• Basic understanding of Python.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into concrete project documentation.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
