Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a background in accounting who thrives in a daily environment where structure, responsibility, and service go hand in hand. You are confident in your ongoing work and have an interest in building relationships, both with colleagues and clients.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT, and taxes.
• Familiar with accounting systems, preferably Fortnox and/or Visma
• Good communication skills and enjoy customer contact
• Willing to work part-time, about 75%
• Possibility for 100% in the future

What does the role entail?

In the role of an accounting consultant at Constator, you will work broadly and closely with clients' operations. You will often collaborate with an account manager and become an important contact person in daily operations. Here, you will have the opportunity to deepen your client relationships while developing in your ongoing work and gradually taking on more responsibility.

Your tasks will include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and coding of vouchers
• Accounts payable and receivable, payments, and invoicing
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, payroll accounts, and balance sheets
• Handling of receipts, expenses, and travel expenses
• VAT reporting and periodic summaries
• Monthly reconciliations / monthly closings
• Preparatory work for annual closings
• Ongoing client contact and work with efficient routines
