Now, together with Oddwork, we are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who wants to help strengthen the brand through customer experience. Are you ready to take the customer journey to the next level and become part of our growth journey?About the role As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be part of our marketing team alongside our marketing manager Oliver. You will play a central role in improving and developing our customers' experience both before, during, and after the car purchase. You will work to improve and create a flow between marketing, sales, and purchasing as well as aftersales, focusing on building long-term relationships and strong brand awareness. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Development of the customer journey: Identify areas for improvement and implement automated solutions in the CRM system Hubspot. Continuously ensure that our website is user-friendly and contributes to a good customer experience.
  • Marketing and analysis: Collaborate with our external agency to create effective content and analyze market reports to optimize and prioritize which material we should focus on together with Oliver.
  • Collaboration with sales and purchasing teams: Ensure that leads are processed efficiently and support efforts to increase customer satisfaction. You will also help the teams understand and work with the customer journey in the best way, for example, through training on new steps in the customer flow.

We are looking for someone who… …is an analytical and proactive person with a strong drive to create first-class customer experiences. You have good technical understanding and a natural ability to keep the customer in focus in everything you do. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Experience working with customer journeys and CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • A few years of experience in roles that link marketing and sales.
  • A strong interest in the automotive industry.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's license (B).
