Then you might be the one we are looking for as one of our summer temps at the store in Skara!

Astro Sweden's vision is to enable better nature experiences for more people. We do this by offering the latest and right equipment to our customers.

We help our customers realize their big or small adventure. With the right skills and expertise from our employees, we inspire for the next adventure, outing, hunt, or experiment.

We have recently moved into Scandinavia's largest adventure store in Skara. This means we can offer a unique opportunity to work with a large product range in an inspiring environment and newly built premises.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with sales and customer service in the store
• Keep the store clean, appealing, and stocked with goods
• Work at the checkout
• Price tagging and alarming as well as other tasks related to store sales

Qualifications

You have a positive and unpretentious attitude and treat both customers and colleagues with respect and helpfulness.

In the role of store salesperson, you need to have a natural talent for sales and customer service. You need to have an interest in and knowledge of one or more of our product areas: outdoor, fishing, hunting, shooting, optics, or natural sciences.

We prefer that you have sales experience, and it is an advantage if you have worked in a store before.

Since we work in various data systems and have a large part of our communication digitally, you need to have good computer skills and be able to handle working in different data systems.

We have colleagues and customers in several different countries, so you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and we consider it an advantage if you can speak additional languages.

Other

In this position, you will work store hours on weekdays and Saturdays according to a schedule. The store is open from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday and from 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays.

We hope you can start the introduction and need-based employment on an hourly basis in the spring of 2025.
