JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a nurse and want to be part of our team at the short-term unit Byalagsgatan? We are now looking for engaged employees ahead of our move to newly renovated premises in Lundby. You will be welcomed to a pleasant workplace, where you meet a manager and colleagues who care about creating a good work environment and having fun at work!

The short-term unit Byalagsgatan is a new unit in the Lundby district. The operation is moving from Majorna to Lundby and will open in newly renovated and adapted premises after the turn of the year. In connection with the move, we are increasing the number of care places, which means we are now looking for several nurses who want to work in our happy team. Patients aged between 18 and 65 with varying diagnoses such as physical disabilities, progressive diseases, or acquired brain injuries will come to us. Many who come here have been affected in the middle of life, and you will therefore become an important part of their journey back. Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and collegial support are central parts of the work. You will be placed in a stable team at the short-term unit where all shifts are scheduled.

Your responsibilities as a nurse include assessing, planning, and structuring work towards the individual patient and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. You will work independently and have patient responsibility, but there are always colleagues to consult if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have experience from the profession and the target group, it is an advantage.

The role of the nurse requires you to independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. The meeting with the individual and their relatives is an important part of the work, which is why we consider it important that you are attentive and provide a good response. In order for us to provide the best possible care, you also need to have good collaboration skills, as we are several working in teams around the patients. Furthermore, you take on your tasks responsibly and can independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
