Do you want to take the next step in your career within the security industry? We are looking for a committed and responsible team leader for our team in Rond and Ryck in Luleå/Boden.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with leadership – while contributing to a safer society.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the team in daily security operations. You will work both administratively and operationally. Your main tasks include:

• Planning and coordinating patrols and alarm responses

• Daily management and support for security guards in their work

• Ensuring quality in completed assignments and reporting

• Active collaboration with clients and stakeholders

• Contributing to the development of security solutions in the area

The position covers Luleå and Boden and requires a flexible and solution-oriented approach.

• Has documented experience in security work, preferably within Rond/Ryck

• Is confident in a leadership role and has a good ability to coach and motivate others

• Works in a structured manner and has good organizational skills, even under pressure

• Is communicative, service-oriented, and easy to collaborate with

Qualifications

• B driver's license (required)

• Security guard training VU1 and VU2, or equivalent experience

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the security industry
