Vattenfall Services is looking for an engaged and experienced Project Manager in security for our department, which includes operational HSSEQ specialists, project managers, and interim managers. We work as internal consultants within Vattenfall Services and provide consulting services to our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a security specialist within our assignments.
• Being responsible for the projects' goals regarding time and costs.
• Ensuring that identified safety, quality, and environmental requirements are met.
• Communicating internally and externally within the company as well as with other companies, authorities, and organizations affected by the project.
• Monitoring project implementation and maintaining ongoing communication with project staff and clients.
• Ensuring that projects are completed and invoiced correctly.

Travel is a natural part of the job.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in physical security work. This includes work with locking, alarm, and access control systems, video surveillance, as well as knowledge of regulations regarding physical security such as fences and doors. You have experience in project design and project management up to delivery-ready installations. Good communication skills and experience in reporting to both the immediate manager and contract manager as well as to clients. The work often takes place remotely from our offices in Sweden, so you need to take significant personal responsibility and be self-driven.

We know that you will develop together with us, but in addition to the above, we would like you to already have:

• Higher education or equivalent work experience in the security field/industry.
• One of the following qualifications: authorized engineer for intrusion alarms, certified locksmith, authorized engineer for video surveillance systems, or authorized engineer for fire alarms.
• Experience working as a project manager and specialist in the security field (necessary).
• Experience as a specialist in intrusion alarms, locks, or video surveillance. Knowledge of Assa Abloy Arx is an advantage.
• Computer skills, including the Office suite, and the ability to familiarize yourself with other systems used in the business, such as CAD.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with the ability to adapt communication to the audience.
