Are you an experienced accounting consultant who enjoys responsibility & variation, wants to develop and support others in their development? We are now looking for a senior accounting consultant for a modern accounting firm in Malmö.

Location: Malmö Start: As soon as the right person can start Scope: Full-time, temp-to-perm  Hybrid: Yes, about 3 days in the office

About the role

In the role of senior accounting consultant, you will work closely with the firm's management and become part of a wonderful team - where there is also an opportunity to grow into a team leader role. You will enter a phase where there are good opportunities to influence, develop, and put your own stamp on the work.

Examples of tasks:

• Conduct and ensure the quality of financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns (INK1, INK2)
• Be responsible for your own client portfolio and work with broad, qualified assignments
• Support and mentor accounting consultants in their development
• Participate in improvement initiatives, process development, and digitization
• Contribute to internal projects and controls around the financial statement work
• Work together with the CEO to drive the company forward

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a holistic perspective on accounting and enjoys an advisory role. You are self-driven, structured, and like to share your knowledge with colleagues. 

We believe you have:

• Experience in qualified accounting in Sweden, including financial statements and annual reports
• Solid knowledge of K2 (preferably also K3 or IFRS)
• Experience with income tax returns (INK1 and INK2)
• Good IT skills
• Fluent Swedish and good English in both speech and writing

Experience in project management, system interest, and a genuine drive to contribute to development is a plus.
