On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an HR consultant in digitalization for Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on February 3, 2025, and run until December 31, 2025.
About the assignment Our client is looking for a consultant with an HR background who has previous experience leading digitalization projects of HR processes.
Join us in developing our client's digital HR journey. The assignment will be versatile, where you will actively contribute to the client's development in the digitalization of HR processes to create business value. The primary focus is on process support for HR related to on- and off-boarding. Therefore, we are looking for an HR consultant with project management experience focused on digitalizing HR processes.
As an HR project manager, you will work in HR in close collaboration with IT. Together, the team is responsible for developing a solution that provides business value and contributes to increased internal efficiency within the on- and offboarding processes for which HR has overall responsibility. The project's steering group is the Digitalization Forum for Internal Efficiency, and the project group is being established. As a project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project group is established and that the right resources are involved throughout the project.
A budget is available to adhere to, and as the project manager, you are responsible for staying within the frameworks set for the project, both financially and in terms of the scope described in the project's steering document, which serves as the basis for project initiation.
The project relies on data from the regional personnel system Heroma as well as internal IT systems related to, among other things, IT ordering and permissions.
Work is also ongoing with RPA solutions and data warehouses to automate and make HR data accessible to create better conditions for our operational and strategic HR work. We are looking for someone with several years of practical experience in digitalization within HR and HR processes. You will collaborate with the IT department in the work of digitalization and the advancement of various automation projects. Our client already has several newly initiated initiatives that they are driving together with IT's various product and capability management teams, which you will continue to project manage. In addition to project management, the assignment will include, among other things, process and needs assessments, requirements specification, lifecycle management, and change management within the client's digitalization journey.Other:Start:February 3, 2025 End:December 31, 2025 Scope: full-time Location: StockholmEmployment form: Employed by Devotum as the client does not accept subcontractors in this process.
About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:
- At least three (4) years of experience in the role of project manager in the digitalization of processes within the HR field.
- At least two (3) completed assignments where the consultant has gained experience in requirements specification for HR systems (e.g., payroll systems, recruitment systems, learning platforms, etc.)
- At least two (2) assignments of practical change management within HR in the implementation of digitalization projects
It is also meritorious if you meet the following requirements:
- Academic or vocational education relevant to the HR field
- At least two (2) project management assignments in the public sector or regulatory-driven operations
- At least two (2) years of experience with agile and/or iterative working methods
- At least two (2) assignments involving market analyses of digital solution types within the HR field
