As Jobway continues to grow, the need for an additional recruiter has arisen. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from start to finish. You will be part of a close-knit recruitment team where you will collectively deliver candidates to Jobway's clients and ongoing assignments in Sweden & Norway.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment processes and clients.
• Conduct requirement profile meetings.
• Compile requirement profiles, write job ads, and implement improvement measures.
• Ongoing search and headhunting of candidates in existing and new networks.
• Conduct phone interviews, screening, and presentation of candidates.
• Advising and following up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Your profile:

To succeed in the role of a recruiter, you need to be a relationship builder to your fingertips. You speak fluent Norwegian and enjoy contacting new people and creating/maintaining relationships. You likely have experience in recruitment and/or sales, where you are good at structuring your work and keeping many balls in the air, as you will be working on several assignments simultaneously.
