We are looking for a substitute for the role of procurement coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for procurements ranging from planning, internal communication, gathering information, filling out forms, questions and answers, as well as submitting procurements primarily to regions within Sweden. You will also manage the administration related to price lists and contract management.
We would like you to have experience in building and maintaining quality management systems to handle this during the period.
Our goal is to fill the position during February 2025, and it will extend until May 2026.

Working hours:
Full-time
Working hours Monday - Thursday: 08.00-17.00
Working hours Fridays: 08.00-15.00

L&B Medical AB, Tillverkarvägen 5, Arninge, Täby
L&B Medical AB has 9 employees located in premises in the Arninge industrial area, Täby. We have delivered advanced medical technology products and disposable materials to assistive technology centers and the Swedish healthcare system for over 30 years and are a wholesale company specializing in product areas such as aids for the disabled, patient identification with ID bands and printers, sterile safety products, and disposable products used in surgical operations.
Job Description
As a substitute procurement coordinator, you will among other things keep track of and submit procurements, fill in specifications, and communicate with customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for structuring and maintaining project systems such as Monday, price calculations, and comparisons in Excel, ensuring that deadlines are met.
You will also perform other administrative tasks as needed and possibly also projects with business systems.
The work is carried out at our office in Arninge, Täby.

Responsibilities:
Monitor upcoming procurements
Compile, coordinate, and submit procurements
Review contracts
Implement won contracts and prices in the organization and business systems
Monitor and administer prices during the contract period
Project management
Be a key contact for customers and suppliers regarding procurement
If necessary, assist with order processing and switchboard
Maintain quality management systems
Qualifications:
Systematic and organized
Very good computer skills
Experience in procurement work
Good communication skills
Technically and logically inclined
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good English
Extra qualifications:
Driven and knowledgeable in the development and maintenance of quality management systems 13485
