We are looking for a driven business developer with a strong focus on sales and a genuine feel for building and nurturing relationships. Your mission will be to create new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth. What you will do
- Actively seek out and establish new customer contacts.
- Create business opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Nurture and develop relationships with existing customers to maximize their potential.
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Contribute to recruitment processes and identify talents that match customer requirements.
About you
You are a goal-oriented and committed person who is driven by delivering results. You have a natural drive and enjoy taking initiative, while also being a team player who always strives to achieve the highest goals. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact success.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT or consulting.
- Is communicative and persuasive in both Swedish and English.
- Has a strong desire to grow and develop in a role where career opportunities are unlimited.
- If you have experience in recruitment, that is a plus.
