About the role

As a sales secretary, you will work closely with our salespeople and management to ensure that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves a combination of administrative and coordinating tasks, with a strong focus on supporting the sales team in their daily work.

Your responsibilities:

Manage and update customer records and sales reports.

Book and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.

Prepare quotes, contracts, and presentation materials.

Communicate with customers via email and phone to follow up on quotes and deliveries.

Ensure that all documentation and information is accurate and up to date.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in administrative work, preferably in sales or customer service.

Is a structured and detail-oriented person.

Has good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Is fluent in Swedish and English.

Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Meritorious:

Experience with CRM systems.

Previous work in sales organizations.
