About the role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be an important part of our sales team. You will work with both new and existing customers and learn the entire sales process – from onboarding and customer dialogue to follow-up and contract renewal.

This is a perfect role for you who want to take the next step in your sales career and eventually develop into an Account Manager. With us, you will receive a solid introduction, continuous training, and support from experienced colleagues in sales, fire protection, and safety.

Your main responsibilities:

 Create, nurture, and develop customer relationships within your portfolio

 Be responsible for smaller customers, manage deviations, and drive upselling

 Identify customer needs and present solutions from Presto's wide range of services

Follow up and renegotiate contracts to contribute to long-term collaborations

 Coordinate Presto's local teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

Work towards clear goals and KPIs in an engaged and results-oriented team

We are looking for you who

You enjoy building relationships, have a natural business drive, and want to develop within B2B sales. You are curious, communicative, and like to see the results of your work.

To succeed in this role, you need to: 

Have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B

 Strong interest in business and customer relationships

Be communicative, curious, solution-oriented, and analytical. 

Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish

 Good system proficiency (experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or Upsales is a plus)

The employment begins with a six-month probationary period, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position after the probationary period is completed.
