About the role:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be an important support for management teams and managers in all matters related to personnel, leadership, and organization. You will work both operationally and strategically to drive HR processes and contribute to the business achieving its goals. You will become an active part of the HR team where collaboration, engagement, and development are in focus.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implement and communicate HR strategies, guidelines, and processes.

• Support managers in matters related to organizational changes, skills development, and labor law.

• Contribute to the work with employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding.

• Drive and follow up on employee surveys, work environment, and health.

• Ensure quality in HR data, reporting, and analysis.

• Be a coaching support to managers and employees and promote a culture characterized by trust and openness.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.

• Has good knowledge of labor law, negotiation, and union collaboration.

• Is confident in working independently but enjoys close collaboration with others.

• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and has a natural ability to build relationships.

• Location: Umeå

• Assignment period: November 29, 2025 - April 10, 2026

• Scope: 100% (on-site)
