Full-Time Administrator Wanted at Elektrolanz AB

Elektrolanz AB is an electrical company located in Staffanstorp. We started in 2006 and have since been a reliable full-service provider for both government agencies and small to medium-sized businesses. We are now looking to hire an experienced full-time administrator. As an administrator, you will work with all aspects of the daily administration within Elektrolanz, such as supplier invoices, customer invoices, bookkeeping, purchasing office supplies, etc.

The work is independent, which requires you to take responsibility for planning and organizing your time.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in similar tasks
• You have good knowledge of Visma Administration and Payroll
• You have a driver's license
• You work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks on time
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
• You speak fluent Swedish and good English; other languages are considered a merit.
