Kvarterskliniken Karlastaden is part of Medtanken Group, which now has 11 established Young People's Mental Health teams. We have good knowledge and experience within our group in managing and developing work within the first line.

At Kvarterskliniken Karlastaden, you will find, in addition to UPH, a health center, BVC, and rehab. Our employees work closely together, and through the breadth of competence, we can take a holistic approach to our patients' health.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work with the mental health of children and adolescents from a primary care perspective, which means short interventions and help for self-help. We value our accessibility highly. The intensity of treatment is adapted to the patient's need for care. Sometimes one or a couple of visits are enough. The goal is for the patient to increase their quality of life and function better in their daily life. UPH also has a collaboration assignment, which is why we also collaborate broadly and consult with other organizations that meet children, adolescents, and parents.

We work with assessments, provide advice and support, and interventions both physically and digitally. We offer a wide range of group interventions for parents, children, and young people in need of primary care interventions for mild mental health issues. We also have individual therapies based on primary care-adapted cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

In addition to close collaboration with other professionals at the health center, you will also become part of our UPH network within the group, where we currently have about 60 employees in the field. We regularly engage in networking work where there is an opportunity for collegial collaboration and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist with a CBT focus. You have at least one year of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and parents.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and comfortable in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good work environment.

Personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance.

Scope: Full-time or by agreement

Employment Type: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period
