As a group manager, your primary task is to coach. This means you are a role model for your employees and, through your strong commitment, create a good working environment in the group every day, while also being part of the group.

Leadership: The role involves ensuring close leadership and providing support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team and are involved in developing and quality assuring the operations in accordance with the Attendo Way.

Your role includes creating a learning culture through a coaching and leading approach, for example regarding digital tools, processes, and working methods. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and affirming your employees in their daily work. You have several group manager colleagues, and you collaborate, brainstorm, and exchange experiences.

Participation: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

Job Description

The job involves working in and leading the team that supports several LSS/IoF accommodations in and around Gothenburg.

In your role, time is allocated so that you work about 20% as a group manager and 80% in daily work as a nurse. You determine how you want to allocate the percentage based on the needs of the operations.

• Driving license is a requirement • Responsible for daily operations and planning for your team

• Personnel responsibility; recruitment, onboarding of new employees, performance reviews • Responsible for holding meetings continuously • Participation in the local management group • Taking into account employees' opinions and suggestions to develop and improve the operations.

• Motivate the workgroup and provide feedback in a positive spirit within care work • Lead and shape the work based on the best available knowledge • Participate in operational planning and follow-up • Appoint mentors/guides and participate in the guidance of students and employees

• Registered nurse is a requirement

Competence Requirements

You are a trained nurse, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish.

Experience from LSS and leadership is meritorious for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
