As an educator with us, your main focus is to deliver training in your area of expertise. We take care of the logistics and administration surrounding the assignments so that you can devote all your energy to providing students with the best possible education. The role includes educational planning, teaching (both online and on-site), and mentoring. The training is planned and conducted in collaboration with the respective vocational college and educational leaders to ensure the quality of the teaching. Educational area: Payroll systems and collaboration.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree as a Payroll Consultant or similar education.
• Experience working as a Payroll Consultant.
• Experience working in Payroll Systems (e.g., Visma Lön, Hogia Lön, Kontek Lön, Agda PS, or Flex HRM).
• Knowledge of CSV, XML, and API transfers between systems.
• Understanding of how the payroll system interacts with other digital business systems in the company.
• How data flows between HR, finance, time reporting, and payroll — and what can go wrong or be improved.
• Previous experience teaching or leading training in this area.
• Pedagogical experience and the ability to communicate information clearly and understandably.
• The ability to adapt teaching to the needs and knowledge level of the target audience.
• Good communication skills.
• Resides around/in Malmö.
