About the role This assignment focuses on handling orders, updating systems, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in daily operations. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers, which allows you to utilize your communication skills and sense of structure.

We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to new routines and thrives in a busy environment. You have a natural sense of service, enjoy creating order, and appreciate when the details fall into place.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a person who:

- Is meticulous, structured, and has an eye for detail

- Collaborates easily and enjoys social settings

- Is comfortable with administrative tasks and has good system skills

- Communicates fluently in Swedish and preferably has good knowledge of English

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or order management is an advantage, but the most important thing is your willingness to contribute and learn quickly.
