HR Intern Wanted at PropTech Energy
PropTech Energy is a group of nine innovative and expanding companies including Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, and KEAB. The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the whole or assist with individual point interventions, entirely based on customer needs. We are located in about 30 places across the country and have a total of approximately 600 employees.
Are you an engaged and curious HR student looking to apply your knowledge in practice? PropTech Energy is now seeking an intern for our HR team! During your internship, you will support our subsidiaries in everything from recruitment and employer branding to simpler labor law issues and planning of internal training. We offer a developing internship in a growing group with short decision-making paths, where you will take responsibility, learn broadly within HR, and be part of an unpretentious team that is eager to share their knowledge. Responsibilities
As an HR intern, you will gain a broad insight into HR work and have the opportunity to follow different parts of the business, from recruitment and employer branding to personnel work. You will be involved in daily HR support and assist our employees and managers with various tasks. You will become part of our support function in the group and work together with the HR manager and other colleagues within HR/payroll. To ensure a rewarding internship period for you and to receive the best possible guidance, we see that you are present at our office in Jönköping for most of your internship.
Examples of tasks:
- Support in the recruitment process, e.g., advertising and selection.
- Participate in activities related to employer branding.
- Assist with simpler HR-related tasks and documentation.
- Be involved in planning and administration of internal training.
- Support collaborations with vocational colleges.
- Gain insight into labor law issues and how HR works with these in practice.
- Contribute to smaller projects and initiatives within HR under supervision.
Education, experience, and personal qualities:
- Ongoing university education in HR.
- Good system knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you appreciate a fast-paced environment and find it easy to immerse yourself in new tasks. You thrive in an environment where you learn by being involved and trying out different aspects of HR work. You will belong to a wonderful (at least we think so ;) ) HR team consisting of an HR manager, an HR generalist, an HR and payroll administrator, and a payroll administrator. For us, it is important that you are unpretentious, curious, and have a strong team spirit; we help each other and learn from one another. You have the desire to develop, show engagement, and contribute positive energy and good service in your interactions.

- Working hours: Weekdays, 07:00 - 16:00.
