We are looking for an engaged and experienced specialist in change and communication who wants to contribute to driving development in a global context. You will be part of a team working with change management, internal and external communication, training, and skills development – where the human aspect is always at the center.

In this role, you will collaborate with central functions to build effective processes, drive engagement, and support the change efforts related to ongoing global ERP rollouts. You thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment where no day is the same.

Your mission:

• Work closely with HR, managers, and technical experts to strengthen the organization’s change capability
• Support global initiatives and ensure that change activities follow established methodologies
• Contribute to strategic skills planning, knowledge transfer, and reskilling
• Evaluate change maturity and follow up on how new working methods are implemented

Requirements:

• Experience with larger transformation projects, preferably ERP rollouts
• Solid experience in organizational change management
• Strong skills in people development and project management
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across boundaries
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

Desirable:

• Experience in communication and content creation
• Background in training and skills development

Details:

Location: approximately three days a week in the office in Lund, remaining days remote. Assignment duration: 2025-11-03 - 2026-02-28. Scope: 100%.
