The business is steadily growing, and we are now on the lookout for our next Commercial Legal Counsel.

About the Role

As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will act as business support and legal advisor for Eir Försäkring's operations both within and outside Scandinavia. You will support the business in the work of drafting and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, analyzing risks, and assisting the distribution team with legal insights. If necessary, you will also collaborate with external legal advisors.

As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will be a central figure in our continued expansion. You will work within a broad spectrum of legal issues and have primary responsibility for the entire contract process, with a particular focus on insurance distribution agreements across multiple jurisdictions.

Who Are You

We are looking for someone with a Swedish law degree and approximately 3-6 years of experience in areas such as M&A, commercial agreements, or equivalent from a business law firm or as an in-house counsel.

You therefore have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements. Furthermore, you are a team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization. You are results-oriented and a problem solver who actively follows up and successfully manages issues from start to finish.

You are also business-oriented and have the ability to balance risks appropriately with the company's needs in focus. You gain energy from working in an international dynamic environment and are driven to develop as a lawyer. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. It is an advantage if you have experience using English professionally.
