We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who wants to contribute to the development, structure, and quality of financial work for our client in Lund. The assignment is suitable for you who quickly acclimate to new organizations and enjoy driving improvements and efficiencies in financial processes.

About the assignment

As a Financial Controller, you will support the management and operations of the administration with financial follow-up, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The role involves being an active part of the transition from Excel to Raindance and Qlik Sense – a change initiative that creates modern and sustainable financial processes.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up.
• You conduct analyses and provide decision support for management and supervisors.
• You act as support in financial matters and contribute to the development of new working methods and system support.
• You participate in ongoing change initiatives within the financial area.

Your profile

• You have a degree in economics or equivalent education in finance.
• You have at least six years of experience in qualified controller work.
• You preferably have experience from the public sector, especially in the labor market or social services area.
• You have a good understanding of financial management, budgeting processes, and analytical work.
• You have very good system skills, especially in Raindance (preferably version 2025VSP4).
• You work fluently in Qlik Sense and Excel at an advanced level.
• You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and contribute to process efficiencies.
• Experience in change and development projects within the financial area is considered a plus.

Scope and location

Start: December 1, 2025 End: May 31, 2026 Scope: 40 hours per week Location: Lund, on-site with some possibility for remote work by agreement. Possibility for extension for an additional six months.
