We are currently looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in eastern Blekinge!

What does the job of a personal assistant entail? 

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various functional variations. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to a person being able to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world, in our opinion. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. Some of our positions also require you to work nights (active or on-call).
• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Hourly employment

Scope: part-time

Start date: Employment is ongoing.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
