Do you want to kickstart your IT career in an environment where service, collaboration, and problem-solving are in focus? We are now looking for a junior support technician for a consulting assignment in Linköping. Here, you will be part of an engaged 1st line team that supports users in their daily IT challenges and ensures that the business runs smoothly.

As a 1st line Support Technician, you will work in a team focused on providing first-class service to users. You will handle incoming cases via phone, chat, and email – everything from questions and orders to simpler troubleshooting. The work takes place in the ticket management system TopDesk, where you will also document and follow up on your cases.

You will closely collaborate with colleagues in IT support and other units, and you will have access to a comprehensive knowledge database that helps you solve problems efficiently and professionally.

Your main tasks:

• Service and user support via phone, chat, and email
• Register, document, and follow up on cases in TopDesk
• Troubleshooting and handling user-facing IT services
• Collaboration with colleagues in 1st and 2nd line
