We are currently looking for someone who wants to be a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in western Blekinge!

What does the job of a personal assistant entail? 

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of various ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and be understood in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require you to work nights.
• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Hourly employment as needed with the possibility of fixed-term employment

Scope: Part-time

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
