Our client

We are now looking for an interim consultant for an international company in the manufacturing industry. The assignment involves supporting the company's FP&A team and working closely with both the local finance team in Sweden and the regional finance office within the group. The role:

The role is suitable for you who thrive in a combination of analysis, reporting, and operational support to the business. You will have the opportunity to work in an environment with strong brands, international contacts, and significant influence on processes and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis and follow-up of results, costs, and margins
• Budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
• Support to production and supply chain in financial matters
• Drive improvement work and streamline processes
• Close collaboration with both local and regional finance teams

Requirements:

• Experience in FP&A or similar finance function
• Analytical, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy a hands-on role where you are close to the business
• Have a humble attitude and find it easy to collaborate
