Main Responsibilities
- Prepare group accounting according to K3 for both legal and operational consolidation
- Contribute to the development and harmonization of accounting principles, routines, and processes
- Support subsidiaries in accounting and reporting issues
- Participate in monthly and annual financial statements
- Perform analyses and reconciliations
- Be responsible for the parent company's accounting
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in finance or equivalent
- Three years of experience in group accounting, preferably from larger companies in an international environment and also around three years from an auditing firm
- Documented experience of IFRS and international accounting.
- Familiarity with working in Cognos/TM1 or equivalent consolidation tools.
- Good understanding of consolidation tools, reporting systems, and is an experienced Excel user
- Experience in change management within finance (meritorious)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A digital mindset and curiosity about new tools and working methods
- Structured and independent working style combined with teamwork skills and a sense of collaboration
- Analytical ability and attention to detail

After Introduction – Your Responsibilities
After a thorough introduction, you will be responsible for:
- Group accounting and consolidation
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Super user role in Cognos/Planning Analytics/TM1
- IFRS reporting (especially leasing)
- Preparation of annual reports, governing documents, accounting manuals, and internal control
- Audit, follow-up, and sustainability reporting (if needed)
- Ongoing internal and external reporting
