Are you a present childcare worker who loves children? Do you have a positive attitude and the ability to focus on children's needs? Do you enjoy thinking outside the box and want to be involved in constantly developing the operations? If so, you might be the one we are looking for!

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• You have experience working with children, preferably in a preschool setting.
• A childcare education and an artistic background such as painting, drawing, singing, dancing, music, rhythm, and drama are advantageous.
• You have the willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a team, but also enjoy working independently.
• You have a positive attitude and are a secure and responsible person.
• You are a present person who focuses on the needs of the children.
• You have the ability to see the importance of, and place great value on, the interaction with children, parents, and educators.
• You can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Kabinen is a small parent cooperative preschool located on Kungsholmen. Here, 16 children aged 1–6 years spend time in an environment characterized by community, safety, and educational stimulation. We work inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy with the curriculum as a foundation.

We offer a staff-dense, (four educators for 16 children), fun and flexible work environment where you have the opportunity to develop. Being a small preschool reflects the entire operation. The small group of children allows for presence as an educator and to see each child. As a childcare worker at Kabinen, you are part of a staff team that collaborates closely and has low turnover. The work includes typical tasks as a childcare worker as well as some kitchen work. We also offer further education, generous wellness benefits, work clothes, etc.

The position we offer is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period.
