We are now looking for stable and committed personal assistants for a 35-year-old wheelchair-bound man with epilepsy and allergies. The man lives in his own apartment in Täby and attends daily activities Monday to Friday mornings and goes to the swimming pool in the afternoons.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will support him in all aspects of daily life. It is of utmost importance that you can collaborate with colleagues as there is double staffing most of the day. The work is scheduled around the clock with sleeping on-call duty at night. Your presence will be an important part of his security and joy in everyday life.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic manner who looks forward to becoming a significant part of his daily life. You are also attentive, can take your own initiatives, and take responsibility for your tasks and working hours. You should not be afraid of water; swimming skills are desired as he visits the swimming pool several times a week. We want you to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as we document the client's daily life. Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and secure in your role. It is important that you can work all hours of the day as everyone working must be able to cover all shifts.
