Your responsibilities
The needs may vary among our different clients, but the roles typically involve:

• Troubleshooting and support within Windows, macOS, and MS O365
• Administration in Active Directory/EntraID
• Documentation in ticket management systems
• Support via phone, email, and/or on-site
• Installation and configuration of hardware

Your profile
We are looking for a student IT support technician with at least 2 years of previous experience in service desk IT support. We have part-time assignments with several clients, and you are expected to work 1-2.5 days a week alongside your studies.

Requirements:

• Experience with phone support and documentation in ticket management systems
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support or onsite support
• Good knowledge of Active Directory/EntraID
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and MS O365
