We are looking for an administrative quality technician for the flow cell at the Örebro factory.

With this position, our client Vossloh Nordic AB aims to strengthen quality work. This is to allow the current quality technician to delegate certain tasks and thus focus more on long-term quality improvement work in the workshop. The focus can therefore be more on ongoing quality issues together with the customer at delivery.

The administrative quality technician will be responsible for, among other tasks:

• Ensuring that documentation to and from the production organization is complete and stored in accordance with agreements.
• In consultation with the current quality technician, plan and conduct digital and physical inspections of railway switches with our major customers and infrastructure managers. Document outcomes and outstanding questions from these inspections and ensure that outstanding questions reach the right recipient so that the customer can receive answers. You will, of course, be properly introduced to the wonderful world of railway switches to be able to carry out these tasks!
• Plan and follow up on NDT (non-destructive testing) for weld control in accordance with the construction plan and delivery plan.
• Register, manage, and follow up on internal deviations and support in the internal complaint handling regarding supplier and customer complaints. Training in necessary software, such as On Track and possibly SAP, will take place during a training period.
• Actively participate in internal or external quality audits such as ISO9001.

Requirements include having extensive computer skills, primarily with the Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Previous experience with quality issues and administrative tasks is an advantage. The work is mainly conducted in Swedish, but English may occur. Inspections with the Norwegian customer will, of course, be conducted in Norwegian from the customer's side.

You will often be the direct customer contact when conducting digital and physical inspections, which requires your ability to meet the customer in a calm and pleasant manner regardless of the question.

Vossloh will move into completely newly built production facilities between Kumla and Hallsberg at the turn of the year 2025/2026, and there will be great development opportunities where continuous improvements in working methods and processes will be a central part of the tasks over time.
