A typical day involves many laughs with your colleagues and customers. You are active in the daily operations and work side by side with your team, leading the way by participating in the work and supporting where needed. Together with the other members of the management team, you are responsible for coming up with ideas on how the team can best maximize sales and profitability in the store. You enjoy following up on results and achieving set goals together with your team. Together, you build a successful store.

What’s in your CV?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a leadership personality with good self-awareness. You have the ability to motivate, engage, and develop others. You have previous leadership experience, and experience in retail is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Having a forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Good to know

Location: Landskrona. The position as group leader and deputy store manager is full-time and permanent with a six-month probationary period.
