We are looking for a Support and Operations Technician for an assignment in Linköping. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and varied environment focusing on operations, management, and user support of modern IT solutions.

 

Since the assignment is carried out in a security-classified environment, Swedish citizenship and a valid security clearance are required.

Your Responsibilities
 

As a Support and Operations Technician, you will contribute to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that users receive the best possible support. You will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, focusing on resolving incidents and improving processes.

 

Your role includes, among other things:

  • Handling first and second line support cases
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with users and clients
  • Participating in management meetings and coordinating activities
  • Handling escalations as needed
  • Updating and maintaining documentation

Your Profile
 

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT who enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact. You are service-oriented, curious, and have an easy time understanding new systems and processes.

 

This assignment is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop within IT, especially in areas such as SharePoint, application management, and technical support. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and development are at the center.

 

You should have:

  • Experience in IT and customer-facing work
  • Experience in user support in a larger IT environment
  • Good communication skills and service mindset
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and a good ability to express yourself in English
  • Experience in Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory)
  • Experience in case management in systems such as ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of networks and IT infrastructure

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience in application management or operation of business support systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with agile working methods
  • Interest in developing within SharePoint and collaboration platforms
