Biolin Scientific is now looking for a driven Accounting Manager who wants to take on the overall responsibility for our accounting in Sweden, Finland, China, and the UK. Do you have a background as an accounting manager in a company with a global sales presence and experience in leading teams? Then this could be the opportunity for you! About the role As Accounting Manager, in addition to the daily accounting work for the Swedish company, you will play an important role in assessing and developing the accounting in all four of Biolin Scientific's legal entities. You will work towards improved transparency and understanding of our regional and product-related profitability, review production accounting and cost allocation processes, and provide recommendations for improvements where necessary. The role includes direct reporting and responsibility for Biolin's two outsourced accounting functions. You will report to the Group CFO, Neil Gregory. The position is based at the headquarters in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg. Travel to Finland may occur.

Main responsibilities:

• Ongoing accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Annual reports

• VAT and tax reporting, payment routines

• Responsible for monthly reporting to Addlife Group via the Group's consolidation system

• Responsible for the audit process (together with the CFO) and ensuring compliance with both group and statutory audit requirements

• Identify and drive process improvements for increased efficiency and results

Who are you? You have several years of experience in qualified accounting work in an international environment, with at least 2 years in a senior position and relevant education in finance. Excellent knowledge of IFRS/K3. Understanding of R&D accounting, production/standard cost calculations, and transfer pricing is highly meritorious. If you have worked in Business Central and Power BI, that is a plus. We are looking for someone who is positive, results-oriented, and efficient. You thrive on working closely with operations and enjoy varied tasks. To fit in with us, you are unpretentious and possess strong communication and social skills. You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
