Newsec Interim Solutions is looking for two experienced accountants for recruitment to a well-established management company in central Gothenburg. The role requires you to be self-sufficient in accounting according to K3, have documented experience from the real estate industry, and preferably have worked at an accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the accounting for your client companies
• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• VAT reporting
• Year-end closing and annual reports according to K3

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in qualified accounting
• Very good knowledge of the K3 regulations
• Experience in real estate accounting is a requirement
• Experience from an accounting firm is an advantage
• Relevant education in finance
