In the role of embedded developer, you will be an important part of a cross-functional team where software, electronics, and testing collaborate.

You will:
· Design and implement functionality in C++ for embedded platforms
· Integrate and troubleshoot communication over protocols such as CAN bus, LIN, or Ethernet
· Participate in testing and verification both in lab environments (e.g., HIL) and in the field, where you will see the results of your work in action
· Collaborate closely with product owners, test engineers, and hardware specialists to ensure robust solutions

We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for the entire development chain and enjoys seeing the big picture. You are curious, analytical, and used to collaborating with others to reach a functioning solution.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
· At least 4 years of experience in C++ development in embedded systems
· Practical experience with communication protocols, preferably CAN bus
· Experience working end-to-end with development – from design to integration and verification
· Relevant university degree, such as in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
· Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have experience with:
· HIL environments and test automation
· Real-time operating systems (RTOS)
· Field testing and working closely with hardware
· Larger development projects with cross-functional teams
