About the role

As an employee in this role, you will become an important ambassador for our client and the first point of contact for their customers. Here, world-class service is delivered, where you provide tailored and personalized service based on the customer's unique needs over the phone.

The customer service team's tasks primarily include handling customer inquiries via phone; for example, questions about invoices, insurance, and benefits related to the company's various card products.

The important thing is above all how to do the above: with the customer experience in focus!

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Speak and write fluently in at least two of the languages Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian.
  • Speak and write fluently in English.
  • Have a complete high school diploma.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a service role, such as customer service is an advantage.
  • Are comfortable using multiple systems to provide service.
  • Enjoy working via phone as your primary tool.

What we offer
  • Scope: Full-time 40h/week, initially through a consulting assignment but with good chances of extension and direct recruitment by our client
  • Employment type: Consulting agreement via OIO
  • Working hours: Office hours 8-5, weekdays without weekends. With the possibility to work hybrid 2 days/week.
  • Benefits: Consulting agreement with a fixed monthly salary, generous wellness allowance, advance vacation, and pension
  • Start date: By agreement
