Event Salesperson for an Exciting and Well-Established Player in the Event and Restaurant Industry
About the Position
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven event salesperson for an exciting and well-established player in the event and restaurant industry. In this role, you will have a central position in the company's continued growth journey, where you will work to develop and drive sales towards the company's event clients.
As an event salesperson, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer contact to quotes, follow-ups, and long-term collaborations. You will work closely with both management and operational teams to ensure that each event meets the company's high standards and customer expectations.
The role requires a good understanding of the whole process – from business to execution – and is suitable for someone who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where quality and experience are at the center.
The position is based in Stockholm and involves some customer meetings on-site. You will be a key person in strengthening and developing the company's market position.
We are looking for someone who
We are seeking a confident and business-oriented person with several years of experience in sales within the event, hotel, restaurant, or experience industry. You have a proven track record of building and developing customer relationships, as well as a natural sense of service and hospitality.
You are accustomed to working independently with your own responsibility but also thrive in close collaboration with colleagues. Your communication skills are strong, both verbally and in writing, and you easily adapt your approach to different types of customers and situations.
As a person, you are proactive, structured, and goal-oriented with a clear business understanding. You have the ability to see customer needs, think strategically, and deliver creative solutions that create long-term relationships.
Experience with contract management, quote preparation, and CRM systems is a plus. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
