Job Description
Wayke is one of Sweden's leading digital marketplaces for car trading. Through our platform, we help dealers reach the right buyers for their vehicles, create more deals, and simultaneously streamline their processes. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a central role in helping our customers understand the full value of Wayke and how they can use the platform to develop their business.
In this role, you will work to ensure that customers achieve maximum results from the platform and become a natural advisor in their daily work. You will lead onboarding, follow up on results, and coach customers on how they can work smarter and more efficiently using the platform. By understanding their needs and goals, you will identify new opportunities and help them grow with Wayke.
The work combines digital and physical customer meetings, workshops, and follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and the product team and play an important role in strengthening customer relationships and creating long-term value.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the car business and knowledge of the process from purchase to delivery. Perhaps you currently work in or around car sales; we believe that experience is important. You should also be accustomed to driving change and development. You understand the importance of shortening lead times and creating efficient flows, and you have a natural interest in how digital tools can contribute to this.
You may have experience implementing new systems and working with digitalization in a business. Furthermore, you are relationship-building, pedagogical, and thrive in the advisory role where you can combine business acumen with genuine customer focus. You see opportunities for upselling as a natural part of the job, where the focus is on helping the customer become even better at what they do.
To thrive with us, you need to be structured, curious, and comfortable working both independently and in a team. You enjoy keeping track of numbers, analyzing results, and following up on success in a concrete way.
