We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative in Stockholm

We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in supporting sales and contributing to the company's continued growth. In this role, you will be a key person handling incoming customer inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring that customers receive prompt and professional service. You will help identify opportunities, drive dialogues via phone and email, and work closely with senior salespeople to ensure that each customer has a smooth and positive experience.

Your Responsibilities

Actively engage new and existing customers in the market
Map customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Participate in the development of sales strategies and contribute to achieving set goals

Your Profile

Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
No prior experience required
Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
Independent, structured, and results-oriented
Used to working in a fast-paced environment and towards clear goals
