What will you be working on?

As a communications manager with us, you will play an important role in strengthening our brand and supporting the business with inspiring and accurate communication. You will plan and implement various communication initiatives, develop content strategies, and create clear and inspiring messages that reach the target audience. You will manage both internal and external communication channels and drive various projects where your communicative perspective and skills will be of great benefit. In addition, you will be responsible for the specialist area of digital communication and have overall responsibility for video, social media, and web.

You have a genuine interest in social media, video, and digital communication.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant university education or post-secondary education in communication, media, journalism, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in communication work in a similar role. Experience in management group work is an advantage.
• Skills in video, image, and graphic production as well as social media platforms and their tools (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) for digital content production, message adaptation, and analysis.
• Good ability to lead projects and drive structured communication work.
• Graphic skills and experience working independently in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and preferably After Effects).
• Experience working independently in CMS (preferably Optimizely) and Microsoft365/Sharepoint.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

About the position

• Employment type: temporary position for 12 months
• Employment rate: 100%
• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)
• Start date: November 1 or by agreement
