Description of the position as a preschool teacher

We are looking for you to join our fantastic team at our expanding preschool in Hanemåla/Nybro!

We seek someone with experience working in preschools and who easily builds good relationships with children, guardians, and educators. You want to contribute to creating a joyful educational environment for play, teaching, development, and learning, both indoors and outdoors.

We place great importance on competence, a sense of responsibility, a respectful approach, communication skills, and engagement.

You should be enthusiastic about physical activities and outdoor experiences and see the outdoor environment as a pedagogical arena.

We are looking for someone full of energy and joy, in other words; you still have the childlike spirit!

Examples of common tasks

• Participate in children's teaching and engage in their play and activities
• Be involved in the work with the preschool's curriculum
• Meet parents and conduct development discussions and parent meetings
• Document teaching and development
• Onboard children

Qualifications and personal attributes

• Preschool teacher - education and experience are required
• Experience with digital work is an advantage
• Great emphasis is placed on education/experience working with children with special needs

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
